Forty Mile Geomatics Ltd. is owned and operated by Nathan Mayer. He has a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics engineering from the University of Calgary. He has worked in conventional land surveying in Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. He has supported and led many manned and unmanned aerial LiDAR and photogrammetry missions at varied sites from the west coast to the east coast of Canada. Most recently he returned from 2 years abroad in Switzerland, where he was an applications engineer and the lead test pilot for a newly developed, globally released remote sensing drone.
